In few words:

16 barista meet in a 1-1 knockout competition.

Entry fee 10eu, winner takes the bank! (160eu)

However each time someone pours collects 10 points: at the end of the series the one who scores higher is the Champion and gets 500eu Prize. The Second Prize is 250eu and the Third 100eu.

Only the 16 first registered may compete, (plus a waiting list in case of no-show). That means that not all barista are expected to compete in all Throwdowns.

Barista pour 2 cups: one with Achnagal cow milk, and one with ROA oat milk. Judges decide who advances in next round based on both cups.
